A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained Magic Gold, a post race sample was subsequently taken.
Corgi Cry was quick to begin. Ayden Jackson was slow to begin. Southwood Lloyd checked off Rufus Flywheel on the first turn checking Go Lakers Go. You Won't and Go Lakers Go collided approaching the home turn checking Go Lakers Go. Corgi Cry and Rufus Flywheel collided in the home straight checking Corgi Cry.
Stewards spoke to trainer, Mr. B. Jacobs regarding handler Mr. E. Wilson's difficulty in boxing the greyhound Corgi Cry. Stewards directed that Corgi Cry be boxed first in future events.
