Steward's Report
Flat Twin checked off Kodason soon after the start. Proven Joey and Big End collided soon after the start checking Scott Seoul. Man Down, Flat Twin and Big End collided approaching the first turn. Quick Sensation and Kraken Suzie collided approaching the first turn. Flat Twin and Big End collided on the first turn. Quick Sensation, Kraken Suzie, Kodason and Flat Twin collided on the first turn, severely checking Quick Sensation, Kraken Suzie and Kodason. Kraken Suzie and Proven Joey collided approaching the home turn. Man Down and Big End collided on the home turn. Flat Twin checked off Man Down entering the home straight. Quick Sensation marred Kodason in the home straight. Flat Twin galloped on the heels of Man Down in the home straight.
Quick Sensation was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. Stewards spoke to Mr G. Dainton, Trainer of Quick Sensation. Acting under GAR 69(1), Stewards charged Quick Sensation with marring. Mr Dainton pleaded guilty to the charge, Quick Sensation was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Shepparton and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
