Steward's Report
A pre-race urine sample was taken from Mav Reiko.
Arandt About was quick to begin. Smiling Bee went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.
Smiling Bee (tailed the field throughout) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left calf injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Pursuant to GAR 122, the Stewards requested Mrs. Jane Hooke to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Smiling Bee in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event.
