Steward's Report

Tiggerlong Teddy, Big Drama, Helifax and Heza Magee were slow out. Faithful Banjo checked off the heels of Corona's Best approaching the first turn checking Tiggerlong Teddy. Tiggerlong Teddy checked off the heels of Faithful Banjo approaching the home turn. Heza Magee raced wide on the home turn. Faithful Banjo clipped the heels of Glendale Rocket on the home turn. Samples were taken from Glendale Rocket unplaced in the race. Glendale Rocket was vetted: No apparent injury. Stewards spoke to the trainer of Glendale Rocket, G. Schwencki, regarding his greyhound's poor performance. Mr. Schwencki explained that the greyhound was having it's first start at the track, and he believed that the greyhound had got lost on the first turn, and that he was not all that disappointed with the run. Stewards noted his explaination.
