Steward's Report
Axels, Lika Tornado and Planet Pluto were slow out. Axels checked off Calabrese Gina soon after the start. Schnelle Flyer, Beltis Bale and Calabrese Gina collided approaching the first turn checking Schnelle Flyer and Beltis Bale. Planet Pluto galloped on the heels of Schnelle Flyer on the first turn checking Axels, severely checking Planet Pluto and causing Schnelle Flyer to fall. Cruisy Supreme and Connemara Suzy collided on the home turn. Calabrese Gina raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight. Axels checked off Beltis Bale in the home straight.
Schnelle Flyer was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained grazes to it's left front and left hind leg. No stand down period was imposed.
A sample was taken from Connemara Suzy, the winner of the event.
