Riverside Buzz was quick to begin. Kings Pride and Warranty were slow to begin. Hamilton Speed, Thunder Path and Beyond Brooklyn collided soon after the start checking Beyond Brooklyn. Hamilton Speed and Thunder Path collided approaching the first turn checking Hamilton Speed. Beyond Brooklyn and Kings Pride collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Warranty was checked off Hamilton Speed approaching the second turn. Heavenly Path and Ruby Ha Ha collided approaching the home turn. Heavenly Path, Thunder Path and Kings Pride collided approaching the winning post checking Heavenly Path.
