Steward's Report
Geoffrey's Alone, Bull Ride and Mad Star were slow out. Tsunami Joe crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking Geoffrey's Alone and Shrek's Fiona. Ruby's Lucky checked off Cool Tilli on the first turn and stumbled, checking Mad Star. Geoffrey's Alone and Bull Ride collided on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Shrek's Fiona contacted the rail approaching the home turn. Mad Star checked off Shrek's Fiona in the home straight. Bull Ride veered in and marred Shrek's Fiona approaching the winning post.
Bull Ride was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Acting under GAR 69(1)(a) Stewards charged Bull Ride with marring and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Warragul and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial, pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
