Steward's Report
Barry's Dash was slow out. Checkmate was very slow out. Pure Performance and Kinetic Boost collided soon after the start checking Kinetic Boost. Gangbusters clipped the heels of Hot Baby approaching the first turn. Barry's Dash contacted the running rail approaching the first turn and lost ground as a result. Violet Ray and Pure Performance collided on the first turn. Hot Baby raced wide on the first turn. Kinetic Boost raced wide approaching the home turn. Checkmate and Pure Performance collided in the home straight.
Barry's Dash was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained lacerations on the left dew claw, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
