Steward's Report
At kennelling, Stewards spoke with the handler of Furious Flex, Mr. S. Coulson regarding their concerns with the greyhound competing in its third engagement in as many days.
Mr. Coulson stated that the dog was fit and happy and expressed no concerns. Stewards also asked the vet to examine the greyhound prior to racing and she was also satisfied the greyhound was fit to compete.
Shelby Allen, Jacknife, Conchita and Emiluke Express collided soon after the start, checking Shelby Allen, Jacknife and Conchita.
Furious Flex and Creative Saint collided on the home turn.
Conchita raced wide on the home turn.
