Dawson's Run and Hotham's Latest collided soon after the start. Whitney Flex, Chucka Uwee and Bossy Boots collided on the first turn. Tiny Create and Cosmic Token collided approaching the second turn. Whitney Flex checked off the heels of Cosmic Token on the second turn checking Hotham's Latest. Bossy Boots raced wide entering the back straight. Hotham's Latest galloped on the heels of Dawson's Run on the third turn checking Dawson's Run. Bossy Boots checked off the heels of Hotham's Latest on the home turn.
