Steward's Report
Hawkette and Rodale collided soon after the start checking Swift State, Kercem and Rodale. Anwen Bale, Kercem and Creative Teeze collided on the first turn checking Anwen Bale and Kercem and severely checking Creative Teeze and Rodale. Miss Charro, Judgement and Hawkette collided approaching the home turn checking Judgement. Swift State eased approaching the winning post and collided with Miss Charro.
Swift State was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right monkey muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Acting under GAR 69(1)(b) Steward's charged Swift State with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Warragul and directed that the greyhound perform a satisfactory trial all tracks pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
