Steward's Report
Braemer Lass was quick to begin. Arvo's Carlos, Diesel Drive and Second Fiddle were slow to begin. Arvo's Carlos and Diesel Drive collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Arvo's Carlos. Diesel Drive, Taabinga Dream and Talk's Cheeky collided on the first turn severely checking Taabinga Dream. Arvo's Carlos and Taabinga Dream collided several times approaching the home turn.
Arvo's Carlos was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound was found to have muscle soreness in the left thigh, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
A sample was taken from Diesel Drive - the 3rd placegetter.
