Oak Rhythm, Just Ahoy and Tricky Blue Boy were slow out. Tricky Blue Boy checked off the heels of Skool Of Rock soon after the start. Dixie Dunbar, Skool Of Rock and Tricky Blue Boy collided on the first turn. Oak Rhythm and Saint Ossie collided on the first turn. Oak Rhythm checked off the heels of Dixie Dunbar approaching the second turn. Dyna Brook and Fancy Free collided in the back straight and again on the third turn. Dyna Brook checked off the heels of Fancy Free approaching the home turn. Dyna Brook and Tricky Blue Boy collided on the home turn.
Skool Of Rock was vetted following the Event and Dr. Indrawirawan, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound sustained minor grazing to the left metatarsal. No stand down penalty was applied due to the minor extent of the wound.
