Steward's Report
Beckee Who, Chasing Jack and Hurricane Carsy collided soon after the start checking Chasing Jack and Hurricane Carsy. Beckee Who, Colour Me Happy and Zuko collided approaching the first turn. Beckee Who, Colour Me Happy, Zuko, Spring Square and Auto Express collided on the first turn checking Chasing Jack, Colour Me Happy, Zuko, Auto Express and Size Eight. Hurricane Carsy and Colour Me Happy collided approaching the second turn. Zuko checked off the heels of Size Eight on the second turn. Beckee Who and Hurricane Carsy collided on the third turn. Zuko and Size Eight collided on the home turn.
Zuko was vetted following the Event and Dr. Y. Indrawirawan, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound sustained neck soreness. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Indrawirawan, the Stewards will stand Zuko down from competing for 5 days.
A swab sample was taken from Spring Square, the winner of the Event.
