Alabama Miss eased entering the back straight and pulled up as a result. Assassinate eased on the third turn checking Urangsir. Urangsir and Assassinate collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn. Sparks A Flying and Ekala Impact collided om the home turn. Assassinate eased in the home straight checking Urangsir on several occasions. Alabama Miss was vetted following the Event and Dr. Y. Indrawirawan, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the neck and recommended the greyhound be stood down from competing for 5 days. Stewards charged Alabama Miss with contravention of AGRR 80.2 for failing to pursue the lure with due commitment entering the back straight. After taking evidence from Trainer, B. Keel, and taking into account the injuries sustained, the Stewards invoked AGRR 82.1(d) in lieu of AGRR 80.2 and will require the greyhound to perform a Satisfactory (all tracks) before any future nomination will again be accepted.
