Steward's Report
Trew Believer, Scooter Feeley, Speed Check and Ourgirl Jennie were slow out. Bentley Gerarda, Solberg, Rapid Cherry and Socanya collided on the first turn. Scooter Feeley, Solberg and Rapid Cherry collided approaching the second turn. Speed Check and Socanya collided approaching the second turn checking Socanya. Scooter Feeley, Solberg and Rapid Cherry collided on the second turn checking Solberg. Trew Believer appeared to falter on the second turn and lost ground as a result. Scooter Feeley checked off the heels of Ourgirl Jennie approaching the third turn. Speed Check and Rapid Cherry collided on the third turn. Solberg and Socanya collided on the third turn checking both greyhounds. Scooter Feeley galloped on the heels of Rapid Cherry approaching the home turn and again entering the home straight. Scooter Feeley and Rapid Cherry collided in the home straight and again approaching the winning post causing Scooter Feeley to fall.
Trew Believer was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right metatarsal, a 30 day stand down period was imposed.
