Steward's Report
Faraday Bale was slow out. Ebony Fix crossed to the rails approaching the first turn checking Bur Lad and Ortogo. Beilharz, Kia Ora Bale, On The Fax and Ebony Fix collided on the first turn checking Kia Ora Bale and severely checking Beilharz and Russian Rebel. Faraday Bale and Ortogo collided on the first turn. Faraday Bale checked off the heels of Kia Ora Bale in the home straight.
Beilharz was vetted following the Event and Dr. Michael Bell, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that he could find no injury apparent with the greyhound.
A swab sample was taken from Ebony Fix, the winner of the Event.
