Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Lady Laganore.
Hi Fi's Humma and Cherokee Bale were slow out. Kaden's King, King Saquan, Lady Laganore and Dr. Abigail collided on the first turn. Lady Laganore checked off the heels of Special Piece approaching the second turn. Token Dot, Lady Laganore and Cherokee Bale collided on the second turn. Kaden's King and King Saquan collided on the second turn. King Saquan veered out and marred the running of Kaden's King approaching the third turn.
King Saquan was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the right hock, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR96.1, Stewards charged King Saquan with marring and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at The Meadows and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial, All Tracks, pursuant to GAR97.1 before any future nomination will be accepted.
