Versnellen and Diva Davina were quick to begin. Aeroplane Mode was slow to begin.
Zelda Chaos (checked approaching the home turn and fell) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a lumbo-sacral and right shoulder muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Madame Zsa Zsa (handlers request) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left deltoid muscle injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
A post–race sample was taken from Smooth Plane – the winner of the event.
