Steward's Report
The start time for this event was rescheduled to 4.39pm in accordance to Sky Racing & TAB - originally scheduled for 4.34pm.
Premier Slice – Late scratching at 12.12pm due to non–arrival (GAR 31). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr. K. Ward informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on–route to the track. Stewards advised Mr. Ward that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 96 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival. The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence.
Will Do and Miss Rose Water collided soon after the start. Mepunga Hayles, Tinker Yvonne and Will Do collided approaching the first turn. Savannah Lee and Dancing Rose collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Savannah Lee. Will Do checked off Miss Rose Water approaching the home turn. Tinker Count and Miss Rose Water collided in the home straight.
