Steward's Report
Compton Peggy – Late scratching at 1.23pm due to non–arrival (GAR 31). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr. L. Green informed Stewards that he had a traffic accident on–route to the track. Stewards advised Mr. Green that evidence of the accident will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 96 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival. The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence. Stewards also require a veterinary certificate for the greyhound.
Rogue Temptation – New declared weight of 34.2kg, last raced at 32.2kg.
A pre-race sample was taken from Ramadi Bale.
Ms Lisa Farquhar requested an early race endorsement for Rogue Temptation. The Stewards approved the request after an examination prior to racing by the on-track veterinarian. Rogue Temptation will compete in early races until further notice.
