Steward's Report
Vapour Storm and Solar Storm were slow to begin. Dyna Zerg, Kang Bale, King Enright, Solar Storm, Avatar Millie and Mr. Patong collided soon after the start. King Enright and Solar Storm collided approaching the first turn. King Enright raced wide in the back straight. King Enright and Avatar Millie collided in the back straight. Dyna Zerg checked off Solar Storm on the third turn. Kang Bale checked off Filo's Danger on the third turn. Kang Bale and Filo's Danger collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn. Solar Storm and Filo's Danger collided entering the home straight.
Following the event, Vapour Storm collapsed in the catching pen. As a result the greyhound was vetted. It was reported that the greyhound experienced a possible epileptic fit, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mrs D. Selleck, Trainer of the greyhound and advised her that the greyhould would be closely monitored in future events.
