Steward's Report
Barbara Ann was quick to begin. Forever A Dream and Mechanical were slow to begin.
Fleetwood Sam and Mepunga Mantra collided on the first turn. Mechanical and Mepunga Mantra collided on the second turn. Mechanical and Chuck Rocks collided on the fourth turn checking Chuck Rocks. Fleetwood Sam and Mepunga Mantra collided entering the home straight.
Mechanical underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have an abraded pad on the right hind foot. No stand down period was imposed.
