Steward's Report
Lady Rozina Hook - slow to begin. Lost ground after being checked and colliding with Wild One Mikado entering the home straight. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination after Stewards initially had concerns with the greyhound's racing manners. No apparent injury was found. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr. Charlie Galea regarding the greyhound's racing manners. Mr. Galea advised Stewards that he was disappointed with where the greyhound had finished after considering where it was placed in running entering the home straight. Stewards took into consideration Mr. Galea's evidence and were satisfied that in colliding with the tiring Wild One Mikado, Lady Rozina Hook had not breached any of the relevant rules of racing. No further action was taken.
Wild One Mikado - quick to begin. Collided multiple times with Lady Rozina Hook entering the home straight and tired over the concluding stages.
There was no head-on vision available in the back straight for this event.
