Steward's Report
Broken Boots was quick to begin. Zippy Customer was slow to begin. How High Austin, Shango Run and Bomber’s Smokey collided on the first turn severely checking Shango Run and Bomber’s Smokey. Highway Man checked off Saniyah Bale on the home turn. Zippy Customer checked off How High Austin entering the home straight.
Bomber’s Smokey underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left wrist and right back muscle. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
A post race sample was taken from Meg Rose - winner of the event.
No head on vision of the back straight was available for this event.
