Don't Tell Julie checked off Midnight Yaala on the first turn.  Don't Tell Julie and Brian Basilisa collided on the first turn.  Green Opal raced wide on the first turn and collided with Midnight Yaala; checking both greyhounds.

Green Opal underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have left and right shin soreness.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Ron's Lament underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have left hindleg shin soreness and right hindleg pencil/whip muscle injuries.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Harley Ryder underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right shoulder muscle injury.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Raquea's Dream underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have abrasions to the left hindleg toes.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

City Monelli – Late scratching at 7:54 pm last night when trainer, Mr Ivan Chircop reported the greyhound to have a hock injury (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Papi Go Fast was quick to begin. Envy To Burn stumbled at the start and lost ground.

Bill Bob Lad was quick to begin.  Raised was slow to begin.

Big Gordy and Big Wings collided in the back straight.

Blue Redeemer was quick to begin.

Bop Bop and Self Belief collided approaching the first turn.  Rockabye Bear checked off Crispy Duck on the first turn.  Shim Bob checked off Self Belief on the first turn.  Self Belief checked off Rockabye Bear on the first turn.  Riverdale Goldie and Soda Saville collided approaching the home turn.  Shim Bob checked off Self Belief approaching the home turn. Shim Bob then faltered and tailed off.  Rockabye Bear and Self Belief collided on the home turn.  Self Belief faltered on the home turn and failed to finish.

Shim Bob underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have left and right sartorius muscle and left hindleg shin soreness injuries.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Self Belief underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left scapula fracture. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track and deemed the surface satisfactory for racing.

Tyler Durden and Mr. Fix It were quick to begin.

Aston Adonis and Lektra Rhino collided approaching the first turn.  Tyler Durden and Mr. Fix It collided on the first turn.  Midoriyama and Ripplebrook Glen collided entering the back straight, checking Midoriyama.  Midoriyama and I'm A Lawyer collided entering the home straight.  Mr. Fix It faltered after the winning post.

Mr. Fix It underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hock injury.  A 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Jerry Buzzard, Wrote The Script and Together We Can were quick to begin. Rock You Queen went up with the lids at box rise.  Ice Cool Kimmi turned in the boxes, came out backwards, and took no competitive part in the event.

Ice Cool Kimmi underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.  Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr Brett Mackie regarding the performance of the greyhound in the boxes. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory.  Acting in accordance with GAR 71, Ice Cool Kimmi must perform a satisfactory trial pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Smokin' Charlie – Late scratching at 1:30pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to an elevated temperature and mild dehydration.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
