Steward's Report
Scott Hue was slow to begin. Mclinden, Sweet Chanelle and On The Duck collided soon after the start checking Sweet Chanelle and On The Duck. Sweet Chanelle and On The Duck collided approaching the first turn checking On The Duck. Narcissus crossed to the rail approaching the first turn and collided with El Fernanda checking Parumba Rebel. El Fernanda was checked off Narcissus approaching the home turn.
On The Duck underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left back muscle and left monkey muscle. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Narcissus - winner of the event.
