All persons attending today undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, checked in, observed social distance requirements, and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.

Dr. Chelsea, Vinny Dewalt, Jenny's Joy and Aston Tracy collided several times soon after the start. Tower Bell and Letter To You collided soon after the start. Vinny Dewalt and Aston Tracy collided approaching the 200m mark and again at the 200m mark. Aston Tracy checked off Vinny Dewalt at the 200m mark causing Aston Tracy to lose ground. Jenny's Joy and Dr. Chelsea collided approaching the 150m mark. Dr. Chelsea and Letter To You collided at the 150m mark. Dr. Chelsea crossed to the outside and raced wide approaching the 100m mark. Jenny's Joy faltered at the 100m mark. Letter To You checked off Tower Bell at the 50m mark. 

Jenny's Joy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a dislocated right hind foot and a right deltoid injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Barry Mcnamara, the trainer of Jenny's Joy. In accordance with GAR 75 (1), the Stewards requested Mr Mcnamara to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Jenny's Joy in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event. 

Aston Tracy underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

A post-race sample was taken from Tower Bell - the winner of the event.

Mr Tony Interligi was fined $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for the greyhound, Inter Mary pursuant to GAR 33.

Brave Lad and Tear Up collided soon after the start. Queen Of Stripes, Brave Lad and Tear Up collided at the 300m mark and again at the 250m mark checking Brave Lad. So Sudden crossed out at the 250m mark. 

Brave Lad underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right thigh injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Electro Guru underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right wrist sprain. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Murray Hehir regarding the racing manners of Electro Guru at the 50m mark.  After hearing evidence from Mr Hehir, viewing all the available race footage, acting on their observations and taking the injury into consideration, Stewards took no further action.

Love To Deed was slow to begin.

Staines checked off Still Learning soon after the start. Staines checked off Love To Deed approaching the 100m mark.

Unroadworthy was slow to begin.

Unroadworthy, Boes Bambino collided at the 250m mark. Unroadworthy checked off Meehan Marlow approaching the 150m mark. Next Teardrop raced wide throughout the entirety of the event.

Cool Story Bro – Late scratching at 9:51am due to weight variation (GAR 39).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer, Mr Nathan Hunt was fined $100.

Warm Beer, Tinker China and Don't Know Jake were slow to begin.

Flash Paws checked off Mr. Vinnie approaching the 300m mark. Don't Know Jake and Mr. Vinnie collided at the 150m mark. Kalbarri and Don't Know Jake collided at the 100m mark.

A post-race sample was taken from Red Sunset - the winner of the event.

Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Parade, Ms Kahlia Johnson did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way, affected the outcome of this event.

A pre-race sample was taken from Colossal Fire.

Blackzin Prince crossed ot the outside soon after the start. Chill Out Dusty and Colossal Fire collided several times soon after the start. Collosal Fire pulled up at the 300m mark. Chill Out Dusty checked off Blackzin Prince approaching the 150m mark.

Colossal Fire underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right triangle injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr Kenneth McCann, the Trainer of Colossal Fire regarding the performance of the greyhound at the 300m mark. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 71, Colossal Fire must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 72. Stewards also ordered that Colossal Fire be subject to the production of a veterinary certificate of soundness before being eligible to be nomnated for any Event pursuant to GAR 71 (2).

Jerry Buzzard, Rev Up Axel and Blue Cherry Miss were slow to begin and collided soon after the start.

Inter Clem and Lord Maxie collided approaching the 150m mark checking Lord Maxie. Still Got Time and Inter Clem collided at the 100m mark. Inter Clem and Lord Maxie collided approaching the winning post. 

A post-race sample was taken from Prince Jed - the winner of the event.

Tinker Calie – Late scratching at 7:57am when Mr Steven Tabb reported the greyhound to have Diarrhoea (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Man Cave and Ivanka Tea were slow to begin.

Ivanka Tea, Baby Pechey and Golden Years collided soon after the start. Baby Pechey checked off Man Cave at the 100m mark. Ready For Sea and Meehan Tommy collided at the 50m mark.

Salut Sideways – Late scratching at 10:00am on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to dehydration. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. 

Big Lug was slow to begin.

Bionic Queen, Twisted Bliss and Oldina Patsy collided soon after the start. Shore Lanka crossed to the inside soon after the start checking Bionic Queen and Fritter. Big Lug, Oldina Patsy, Draconic Lad and Twisted Bliss collided approaching the 250m mark. Oldina Patsy checked off Draconic Lad at the 150m mark. Draconic Lad checked off Big Lug approaching the 100m mark. Shore Lanka and Bionic Queen collided at the 100m mark checking Bionic Queen. Fritter checked off Big Lug at the 100m mark.

Silver Jett was slow to begin.

Global Jewel and Lethal Vision collided soon after the start. Global Jewel and Lethal Vision collided at the 250m mark. Global Jewel faltered and tailed off at the 200m mark. Lethal Vision checked off Silver Jett at the 200m mark. Heaven's Tower and Shania's Dream collided several times from the 150m mark to the 50m mark. Lethal Vision and Huntly Flyer collided approaching the 50m mark. Heaven's Tower and Shania's Dream collided approaching the winning post.

Global Jewel underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left wrist sprain. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to the representative Mr G Smith regarding the racing manners of Lethal Vision at the 100m mark.  After hearing evidence from Mr Smith, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners at the 100m mark.

Mr. Neat and Southern Thunder were slow to begin.

Evident and Shady Talks collided soon after the start. Hey Cheryl checked off Silver Power at the 200m mark. Southern Thunder, Evident and Shady Talks collided at the 150m mark checking Southern Thunder and Shady Talks. Evident and Shady Talks collided at the 100m mark checking both greyhounds.

A post-race sample was taken from Silver Power - the winner of the event.

Stewards spoke to Mr. R Weightman, the trainer of Silver Power as some noticeable betting fluctuations were noted by Stewards.  Mr. Weightman told Stewards that he expected a forward showing today and advised that the greyhound was suited to a wide draw.  Mr. Weightman further advised that he did not support the greyhound.  Stewards directed samples be taken from Silver Power, the winner of the Event.
