Strict Liability and Pyrenees Spirit collided approaching the first turn. Strict Liability galloped on Pyrenees Spirit on the first turn; checking both greyhounds. Siala Giblet brushed the running rail approaching the home turn, checking Siala Giblet. Siala Giblet galloped on Strict Liability on the home turn; checking both greyhounds. Lips Boloney raced wide entering the home straight. Lektra Heckler and Aubameyang collided in the home straight; checking both greyhounds.
Siala Giblet underwent a post–race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have a left foreleg monkey muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
