Steward's Report
Habits To Burn – Late scratching at 8:54 am on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to vomiting. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
A pre-race sample was taken from Jax Star.
Our Girl Bailee was quick to begin. Whispy Watson was slow to begin.
Eric Garfield, Bush Tiger, Our Girl Bailee, Storm To Burn and Riverdale Mitch collided on the first turn; checking Bush Tiger, Riverdale Mitch and Our Girl Bailee; severely checking Storm To Burn.
Storm To Burn underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.
