Sir Chappy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right wrist and right hind triangle muscle injury.  A 21 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr. David Crawford, the representative, regarding the greyhound's racing manners entering the home straight.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69B (1), Sir Chappy was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr. Crawford pleaded guilty to the charge, Sir Chappy was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69B(1) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Zeki underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hind triangle muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Go Rogue underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hind triangle muscle injury.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. Brian Alford, the trainer of Go Rogue regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the winning post.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Go Rogue was charged with marring.  Mr. Alford pleaded guilty to the charge, Go Rogue was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sale and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Lavish Diamond was quick to begin.  Simon Says and Loves The Surf collided soon after the start.  Hot Shaynna and Pay The Prince collided approaching the first turn.  Pay The Prince checked off Hot Shaynna on the first turn checking Hot Shaynna. Zipping Martina and Denzell Bale collided on the first turn.  Hot Shaynna contacted the running rail on the first turn.  Simon Says and Loves The Surf collided approaching the home turn.  Loves The Surf clipped the heels of Simon Says on the home turn.  Simon Says crossed in on the home turn.  Loves The Surf raced wide on the home turn.  Loves The Surf and Berdeen collided approaching the winning post.
