Salana was quick to begin.  Blazin’ Mist, Weeona Bobby and Clay Feet were slow to begin.  Salana and Asofa Solomona collided approaching the first turn.  Kip Your Star and Weeona Bobby collided on the first turn.  Kip Your Star galloped on Asofa Solomona approaching the home turn.  Salana and Asofa Solomona collided on the home turn severely checking Asofa Solomona.  Asofa Solomona raced wide in the home straight.

Matilda Flyer was quick to begin.  Weeona Evie and Oda May were slow to begin.  Matilda Flyer and Pat My Lass collided soon after the start. Matilda Flyer and Write About Her collided on the first turn severely checking Matilda Flyer.  Shallot visibly eased on the first turn.  Pat My Lass and Frothy Friday collided on the home turn.  Write About Her raced wide in the home straight.  Pat My Lass crossed out in the home straight.  Shallot turned its head inwards in the home straight.  Shallot visibly eased appproaching the winning post.

Shallot underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right flexor tendon.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to representative, Mr. S. Whyte regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the first turn, in the home straight and approaching the winning post.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69B (1), Shallot was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr. Whyte pleaded guilty to the charge, Shallot was found guilty and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 69B (1) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Darnum Dodger, a post race sample was subsequently taken.

Voodoo Spirit was quick to begin.  Peter Coin was slow to begin.  Peter Coin, Little Swagger and Horace Bale collided soon after the start.  Ducati Star was checked off Darnum Dodger on the first turn. Peter Coin and Darnum Dodger raced wide in the home straight.

Black Belt Magic was slow to begin.  Black Belt Magic and Battlers Three collided several times in the back straight.  Mussa Jack galloped on Darnum Bolt approaching the home turn causing Darnum Bolt to collide with Chrome Cadillac.  Darnum Bolt and Mussa Jack collided on the home turn. Battlers Three galloped on Darnum Bolt on the home turn causing Darnum Bolt to fall.  Chrome Cadillac turned its head inward and marred Mussa Jack entering the home straight.

Darnum Bolt underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left biceps.  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Ms L. Smith, trainer of Chrome Cadillac declined her option to have the greyhound vetted.

Stewards spoke to Ms. L. Smith, the trainer of Chrome Cadillac regatrding the greyhound’s racing manners entering the home straight.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Chrome Cadillac was charged with marring.  Ms. Smith pleaded guilty to the charge, Chrome Cadillac was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warragul and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Madalia Champ was checked off Gracie’s Girl on the first turn.  Madalia Champ crossed out on the home turn checking Nera Enough.  Madalia Champ and Nera Enough raced wide in the home straight.

Madalia Daisy and Pesky Miss were quick to begin.  Love A Talk was slow to begin.  Madalia Daisy and Belt Up Dusty collided soon after the start.  Love A Talk galloped on Madalia Daisy on the first turn and collided with Belt Up Dusty severely checking Belt Up Dusty.  Woolybully Keats and Pesky Miss collided several times from the home turn to entering the home straight.  Love A Talk and Madalia Daisy raced wide in the home straight.

Busy Bella was quick to begin.  Mario Vest Only was slow to begin.  Done Time, Mario Vest Only and Let Out collided approaching the first turn severely checking Let Out.  Hurricane Keely crossed out on the home turn and collided with Too Be Sure checking Let Out.

Lady Lagertha eased in the back straight and subsequently pulled up.  Mr. Neo galloped on Blue Tiger on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Mr. Neo and Dream Wizard collided approaching the home turn.  Ripplebrook Glen and Blue Tiger collided on the home turn.  Ripplebrook Glen, Blue Tiger, Mr. Neo, Nitro Roxy and Portelli Punk collided entering the home straight

Lady Legertha underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right monkey muscle.  A 21 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to trainer, Mr. E. Lieshout regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the back straight.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69B (1), Lady Lagertha was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr. Lieshout pleaded guilty to the charge, Lady Lagertha was found guilty and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 69B (1) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Pretty Much was slow to begin.  Cyber Crime and Heaven’s Tower collided several times soon after the start.  Panadero Grace galloped on Stanley Boy on the first turn causing Stanley Boy to collide with Dale From Sale and Pretty Much severely checking Pretty Much and Stanley Boy.  Queen Of Boss and Bella Porsche collided entering the home straight.  Panadero Grace and Heaven’s Tower raced wide in the home straight.

Calabrese Gino crossed to the outside and raced wide in the home straight.
