A pre-race sample was taken from Midnight Breeze.
Kingy Lights faltered approaching the first turn and subsequently tailed off. Saint Wallace and Too Much Talking collided on the first turn. Baby Pechey galloped on Saint Wallace on the home turn causing Saint Wallace to cross out.
Kingy Lights underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to a have a right triangle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
