Steward's Report
Major Giblet was slow to begin. Two Up Thommo and Tippa collided soon after the start. Lektra Jena and Beguile collided in the front straight. Beguile and Two Up Thommo collided approaching the first turn. Tippa and Kinloch Moss collided approaching the first turn. Beguile, Kinloch Moss, Two Up Thommo and Uptown Trixie collided on the first turn. Beguile faltered approaching the second turn checking Two Up Thommo; Beguile subsequently tailed off. Kinloch Moss and Uptown Trixie collided on the home turn. Major Giblet checked off Lektra Jena and Tippa in the home straight.
Beguile was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right metatarsal fracture, a 60 day stand down period was imposed.
