Pandora's Blue was slow to begin. Prince Archer went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.
Diesel Dust checked off Ton Eighty on the first turn checking Pandora's Blue and Galilahi. Yeran and Galilahi collided approaching the home turn. Diesel Dust and Pandora's Blue collided entering the home straight and again approaching the winning post.
A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Galilahi, a post race sample was subsequently taken.
