Nixon Bale and Awake Until Dawn collided soon after the start checking Nixon Bale. Curious Yaala checked off Urana Vieri approaching the first turn. Nixon Bale and Awake Until Dawn collided on the first turn checking Nixon Bale. Forbidden Love galloped on Rockstar Duff on the home turn severely checking Rockstar Duff and Forbidden Love.
Rockstar Duff underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg hamstring injury and an abrasion to the right hind toes. A 5 day stand down period was imposed
