All staff and participants attending the race meeting wore face masks at all times when inside the kennel block and associated buildings, and when engaged in the exclusive race day functions of boxing, starting, and catching greyhounds.

Diamond Siena underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 11, no apparent injury could be detected.

Stewards spoke to Ms Heather Baxter, the trainer of Diamond Siena regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69A(1) Diamond Siena was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.  Ms Baxter pleaded not guilty to the charge, Diamond Siena was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Horsham and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69A (2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Stewards spoke to trainer, Mr Jeffrey Guy regarding the scratching of Careless Crow (Box 2), which afforded a vacant box beside kennel mate King Crow (Box 1).  Mr Guy stated that Careless Crow was on season (GAR 24).  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Jabba Bolt – Late scratching at 2:08 pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a respiratory condition.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

Kenita was quick to begin.  Crown Knox was slow to begin.

Kenita raced wide on the home turn.

Kenita underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Catalina Icon was slow to begin.

Aston Remi checked off Chill Out Webby on the first turn.

It was noted that the muzzle of Aston Remi became partially dislodged during the running of the event.
