Black Kruger and Star Gazers were quick to begin.
Fleur Burger and Tilly Divine collided approaching the first turn and again approaching the home turn. Dashing Pedro raced wide approaching the home turn and in the home straight. Star Gazers checked off Black Kruger entering the home straight. Summer Alarm crossed to the rail in the home straight.
Black Kruger – Proved difficult to box and will be boxed first in future events in accordance with GAR 52.
