Steward's Report
Aston Jansz was slow to begin.
Call Me Harvey faltered and lost ground approaching the home turn and in the home straight.
Call Me Harvey underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race nine. Call Me Harvey was found to have a right hindleg triangle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. In accordance with GAR 75 (1), the Stewards requested connections to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Call Me Harvey in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event.
Supplementary Report - 15 May 2021: Trainer Sean Lithgow notified Stewards that Call Me Harvey had been checked by Dr B Backhoy and was found to have a significantly torn triangle mucle and will require a 2-month rehabiltion period.
