Gardener's Boyo was slow to begin.
Carry On Star and Tough Tears collided soon after the start. Lots Of Chatter, Wild Card, Sweet As Emm, Carry On Angel and Weblec Ace collided soon after the start, checking Wild Card and Sweet As Emm. Weblec Ace, Carry On Star and Tough Tears raced wide on the first turn. Wild Card checked off Weblec Ace in the back straight. Sweet As Emm checked off Lots Of Chatter on the home turn. Carry On Star and Tough Tears collided on the home turn. Gardener's Boyo checked off Carry On Star in the home straight.
