All staff & participants attending the race-meeting wore face masks at all times when inside the kennel block and associated buildings, and when engaged in the exclusive race-day functions of handling, boxing, starting and catching greyhounds.

The start of the meeting was rescheduled, due to the video broadcast operator being delayed en-route to the track.  All races were amended to the following times: Race 1: 6:01pm; Race 2: 6:21 pm; Race 3: 6:36 pm; Race 4: 6:52 pm; Race 5: 7:14 pm; Race 6: 7:31 pm; Race 7: 7:46 pm; Race 8: 8:01 pm; Race 9: 8:16 pm; Race 10: 8:31 pm; Race 11: 8:49 pm and Race 12: 9:08 pm.

Roxy Ouzo and Gypsy Andy were slow to begin.

Gypsy Andy clipped the heels of Roxy Vodka on the first turn, checking Gypsy Andy.  Roxy Ouzo and Zivon Bale collided in the home straight; checking both greyhounds.

Roxy Rum Pumper and Trending Wave were quick to begin.  Savrance Bale and Friesian Flyer were slow to begin.

Roxy Usuki and Roxy Quaker were slow to begin.  Roxy Patron, South Song and Yalena Bale collided soon after the start; checking South Song and Yalena Bale.  South Song and Stalking Shadow collided on the first turn; checking Stalking Shadow and Yalena Bale.  Roxy Quaker galloped on Roxy Usuki approaching the home turn, checking Roxy Usuki.  Yalena Bale checked off Izuku Bale approaching the winning post.

Aston Lucina was quick to begin.  Wacky Wednesday was slow to begin.

Fishbone Express and Thomeli Boy collided soon after the start, checking Fishbone Express.  Slingshot Prince and Aston Lucina collided soon after the start.  Chase A Star and Aston Lucina collided on the first turn; checking Crackerjack Dev and Fishbone Express; severely checking Aston Lucina and Thomeli Boy, both fell as a result.  Aston Gates and Chase A Star collided approaching the home turn, checking Chase A Star.

Aston Lucina underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left foreleg radius/ulna fracture.  Aston Lucina was humanely euthanased.

Thomeli Boy underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Ledgerwood Libby – Late scratching at 4:45 pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a left foreleg wrist injury.  A five day stand down period was imposed. 

Quade Bale was slow to begin.

New Jack Swing checked off La La Misouri on the first turn, checking Kraken Tex.  New Jack Swing and Quintana Bale collided in the home straight, checking Quintana Bale.

A pre-race sample was taken from Numinous.

Joking Bear was slow to begin.

Numinous and Ultimate Avenger collided soon after the start, checking Numinous.  Numinous and Ultimate Avenger collided on the first turn; checking Ultimate Avenger and Aston Bomber.

Robin's Choice and Stella Rhode were quick to begin.

Aston Estate and Master Avenger collided soon after the start, checking Aston Estate.  Knockout Fantasy and Stella Rhode collided on the first turn; checking Stella Rhode and Master Avenger.  Stella Rhode and Master Avenger collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn; checking both greyhounds.  Aston Estate and Master Avenger collided in the home straight.

Master Avenger underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have lacerations to the right hindleg hock.  No stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr J Borg regarding the racing manners of Master Avenger on the home turn.  After hearing evidence from Mr Borg, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the home turn.

Untapped, Trending Quartz and Flying Sonic were slow to begin.

Shima Punga and Negasi Bale collided soon after the start, checking Negasi Bale.  Roxy Tequila checked off Lala Fig on the first turn; checking Roxy Tequila and Untapped; severely checking Flying Sonic, which fell.

Flying Sonic underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Myola Sky was quick to begin.  Crymelon Quick and Milana Rose were slow to begin.  Chasing The Edge went up with the lids at box rise and was very slow to begin (3L).

Myola Fire and Chasing Teddy collided soon after the start.  Myola Sky checked off Maximum Shim on the first turn, checking Myola Fire.

Chasing Teddy underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Alabama Anna was slow to begin.
