Steward's Report
When questioned trainer, Mr J Guy who had two runners engaged in this event - Brazen Crow (box 1) and Fugacious (box 2), stated to Stewards that he scratched Brazen Crow on 19 December 2020 after the greyhound was suffering from a right hock injury, which he believes the greyhound sustained at its most recent start at Bendigo on 18 December 2020.
A pre-race sample was taken from Fugacious.
Ivy Wren and Quicker Than Joe were slow to begin.
Ivy Wren checked off Rosie Yaala soon after the start, checking Quicker Than Joe. Jetta's Shout and Rosie Yaala collided on the first turn.
