Steward's Report
Run Robyn Run was quick to begin. Ballymac Vicar and Mepunga Missile were slow to begin.
Sonny Daze and Blue Tiger collided soon after the start checking Blue Tiger. Ballymac Vicar, Mepunga Missile and Sonny Daze collided soon after the start checking Sonny Daze and severely checking Mepunga Missile which fell as a result. Shamrock Boy checked off Papi Go Fast approaching the first turn. Blue Tiger checked off Shamrock Boy on the second turn. Sonny Daze galloped on Blue Tiger in the back straight.
Mepunga Missile underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left and right carpal sprains. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample were taken from placegetters - Shamrock Boy (1st) and Papi Go Fast (2nd).
