Just Terms and Blazing Cartier were quick to begin. Weblec Haze was slow to begin.
Rock On Jimmy and Sunset Bourbski collided soon after the start. Cell Block Tango lost ground from soon after the start and subsequently tailed off. Sunset Bourbski checked off Just Terms approaching the third turn.
Cell Block Tango underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left stifle injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
Post-race samples were taken from placegetters - Blazing Cartier (1st) and Manila Knight (2nd).
