Due to Government Social Distancing Laws under COVID-19 and acting in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed that the boxing process in Victoria will revert to and continue under the 4-wave model being 1 & 5 boxed first, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8.  Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.

Aston Hackett was quick to begin.  Crouching Tiger was slow to begin.  Aston Hackett crossed in soon after the start checking Crouching Tiger and Malizia.  Hurricane Star and Malizia collided approaching the first turn.  Hurricane Miss and Aston Hackett collided approaching the first turn checking Hurricane Miss.  Riccarton Weaver was checked off Malizia on the first turn checking Hurricane Miss and Crouching Tiger.

Hurricane Miss underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was reported.

My Golden Eagle, Auspicious Queen, What About Me and Georgio Bale were slow to begin.  Dr. Tourmaline and Betty's Dream collided approaching the first turn.  What About Me was checked off Georgio Bale approaching the first turn.  Sterlo Magic, Dr. Tourmaline and Betty's Dream collided on the first turn checking Dr. Tourmaline and Betty's Dream.  Dr. Tourmaline, Georgio Bale and Betty's Dream collided on the first turn checking Betty's Dream and Dr. Tourmaline.  Dr. Tourmaline and Betty's Dream collided approaching the home turn.

Flossing, Tiggerlong Grace and Victoria's Kara were quick to begin.  Tiggerlong Pink was slow to begin.  Jebrynah Echo was checked off Victoria's Kara on the first turn.  Tiggerlong Grace clipped the heels of Jebrynah Echo on the first turn.  Tiggerlong Pink, Jebrynah Echo and William Rose collided approaching the home turn.  Jebrynah Echo and William Rose collided on the home turn.

Galloping Occy underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right thigh.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Whodat Opal and Almapa Berisha collided on the first turn severely checking Whodat Opal; Nicholas Rose was checked and Summer Lights severely checked as a result, Summer Lights lost ground. Summer Lights underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left shin.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Corazon De Leon, Jebrynah Octave and Fernandes collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn checking Jebrynah Octave. Jebrynah Octave and Fernandes collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Corazon De Leon and Fernandes collided entering the home straight checking both greyhounds. Ferbnandes raced wide in the home straight. What Price Mason, Corazon De Leon and Jebrynah Octave collided approaching the winning post.

Run And Carry was quick to begin.  Our Missy Grace and My Boy Will collided on the first turn checking Slick Intention and severely checking Our Missy Grace and My Boy Will.  Slick Intention and Our Missy Grace collided several times in the home straight,
