Steward's Report

Cute Patootie was quick to begin.

Shanlyn Spot and Teardrop collided approaching the first turn. Cute Patootie and La Quinta Rocks collided on the first turn, checking Cute Patootie. Shanlyn Spot galloped on Teardrop on the first turn checking Shanlyn Spot which raced wide as a result. Bomber's Queen and War Ruby collided approaching the winning post. War Ruby tired over the concluding stages.

Trainer Mr A. Campbell requested that War Ruby undergo a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left triangle injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
