Steward's Report
Smooth Talker and Super Attitude were slow to begin.
Here Runs Emilia checked off Praise Me approaching the first turn. Praise Me raced wide on the home turn checking Smooth Talker causing Super Attitude to race wide. Bomber's Queen and Enya Bale collided entering the home straight. Praise Me visibly eased and turned its head approaching the winning post.
Praise Me underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Mr T. Churchill, the trainer of Praise Me regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Praise Me was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Churchill pleaded guilty to the charge, Praise Me is suspended for 28 days at Warragul and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
