A pre race sample was taken from Abrasive Manner.
Blaster, Santa's Serena, Stagger and Wealth collided soon after the start checking Flying Bolt and Santa's Serena. Stagger, Wealth and Abrasive Manner collided on the first turn checking Abrasive Manner. Flying Bolt, Stagger and Wealth collided approaching the home turn checking Stagger, Santa's Serena and Abrasive Manner.
Stagger was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a graze on the left hind toe. No stand down period was imposed.
