Steward's Report
Iceman Lang was quick to begin.
Super Caliber crossed to the rails soon after the start checking Select Hawk, Paddy Cambaz and Iceman Lang. Paddy Cambaz galloped on the heels of Uncle Mumbles on the first turn checking Paddy Cambaz. Uncles Mumbles and Yoshi collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Greg Bale, Select Hawk and Super Caliber collided on the first turn checking Super Caliber, Select Hawk and Yoshi. Paddy Cambaz and Yoshi collided approaching the home turn. Iceman Lang raced wide in the home straight. Paddy Cambaz crossed to the outside approaching the winning post.
Paddy Cambaz was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right pencil muscle. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards issued a warning to Trainer Mr. G.White regarding his lateness in arriving at the kennels to retrieve Yoshi for its engagement.
