Steward's Report
The Semaphore Board is not operational.
Pawsative was slow to begin.
Houdini Oz, Stinga Love and Carlanna Coyote collided soon after the start checking Stinga Love. Bunnerong Lass and Houdin Oz collided approaching the first turn checking Houdini Oz, Carlanna Coyote and Stinga Love. Pawsative checked off Conor's Entity on the first turn severely checking Carlanna Coyote and Houdini Oz. Bunnerong Lass veered out and marred Major Snitch in the home straight.
Bunnerong Lass was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left shoulder, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr Lacy, the trainer of the greyhound Bunnergong Lass. Acting under GAR69(1) stewards charged Bunnerong Lass with marring and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Ballarat and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all Tracks), pursuant to GAR69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
